Distribución

Located in a quiet pueblo blanco (Montecorto), 20 minutes from the monumental city of Ronda, Villa La Roca is built around a giant rock, it’s a truly unique property to use as a base to explore Andalusia.
The house is 225m2 of surface and has over 400m2 of gardens and terraces. The house distribution is as follows.
It is uncertain whether Villa la Roca is a house built in a rock or it was the rock which emerged inside the house.
In any case, the harmony of the natural rock with the innovative and modern architecture makes Villa la Roca an exclusive place with lots of strength.
Walking by a cobbled path through a pine wood, you can find the entrance to Villa la Roca in the upper ground level. This floor is an open concept kitchen, dining room, toilet, purlieu for reading and living room with a fireplace. It has direct access to the terrace and garden.
The upper terrace is completely equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, deck chair and shaded area) and views of Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park from the upper terrace are simply unforgettable.
Descending a flight of stairs, you can access to the mezzanine level where two of the three bedrooms of the house are, Room David Roberts and Room Naranja.
Moreover, in this level there is the Bathroom Marrón, a fully equipped bathroom (with a bath) shared between the rooms.
The main room, Room la Roca, together with Bathroom Azul are situated in this floor. The room is completely harmonized with the rock where the house was built in, creating the most impressive room of the house.
The Bathroom Azul is the Room la Roca’s private bathroom which has a spacious area for the shower separated from the rest of the bathroom with a glass partition.
The Room la Roca has direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.
The indoor Garage and Laundry room are situated at the level of Nacimiento street, the most beautiful one of Montecorto.
It is a spacious and covered room where you can find the washing machine, drying and parking area with access to the street.
Villa la Roca’s gardens take advantage of the beautiful rock, using the open spaces for aromatic and decorative plants and cactus.
By the rock, you can find a private and sheltered spot where there are a swimming pool and grass with a shower, deck chairs and a shaded area.
In the pine wood, 50m away from the entrance of the house there is a public area for children with sledges, castles, etc.
100m away from the house, there are an artificial football pitch and a free sport centre with tennis and basketball court, tennis table and five a side football pitch.
Moreover, during summertime a swimming pool is opened inside the sport centre.
A 150m de la casa, en el centro de Montecorto, hay pequeñas tiendas y bares.
On the other hand, the town centre where you can find different shops and bars is just 150m away from the house and if you drive 15 minutes by car, you can enjoy a swimming area with water from Sierra de Grazalema as well as another swimming and rowing area in the Zahara lake. You can be delighted with all of this in Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park.

Swimming pool and Gardens
Private spots to suit all tastes and for every season of the year. From the terrace you will be delighted with romantic sunsets and with the sharp scenery of the highest peaks of Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park, Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO.
You will enjoy the gardens, terraces and swimming pool area as part of the house thanks to the decorative lights and outside furniture. Lying on the grass or sitting in the terrace you will see the stars, have dinner or simply have a peaceful chat during hours.
The swimming pool and grass are doubtless the best place to cope with summer heat. The shadow coming from the fig tree and the Judas tree is perfect for those who prefer hiding themselves from the sun. On the other hand, there is nothing more comforting than feeling the Southern sun of Europe in the face during winter.
